Community Hall Barsha was funded by the Dubai Government to provide a basic service building for citizens and to provide a social environment for locals.

The main building consists of 3 floors and houses a showroom, a multi-purpose hall, a theatre, men’s and ladies’ prayer rooms and electromechanical services, leisure classes, a gym, men’s and ladies’ swimming pools, an electronic games hall and administrative offices for the staff.
