Timber constructions
Timber and cross-laminated timber constructions (CLT) are often used to construct high-rise buildings. Linear gap and penetration seals for both single and multiple services can be used to reinstate the fire resistance and acoustic integrity of timber and CLT walls and floors. These fire stopping solutions can also be used to upgrade the fire resistance of existing timber framed and lined walls.
